If your return is posted via Australia Post or Parcel Point your return postage should take approximately 5-7 days to be delivered to our North Geelong Facility. (Delays may occur with postage during peak times.)
Please be sure to keep your return tracking number handy. You will need this as proof of your return and to track the return delivery which can be done via Australia Post and Parcel Point tracking portals.
Returns are processed in the ordered they are received.
As your parcel moves through the returns process, you will receive automated emails from our team advising the status of your return and refund.
Once the return is inspected and the refund processed, the funds will be returned to the account used to make the payment. This may be instant or within 3 business days depending on your financial institution.
Failure to return any promotional items will delay your refund until the promotional item is returned.
